Turnbuckles, clamps, and suspension eyes are mounting components. In combination with steel cables and chains, they are designed for tensioning, fastening, connecting, and suspending installations and structures in various industries. The range includes turnbuckles in accordance with DIN 1478, DIN 1479 and DIN 1480 in all available designs, which allow precise adjustment of the tension of rope systems. Classic forged turnbuckles made of steel, cast iron, zinc alloy, high-strength variants made of C45 steel for demanding applications, and fence turnbuckles are available. The materials used include galvanized steel and A2 and A4 stainless steel for outdoor use and corrosive environments.
The clamps are available in commercial and high-strength versions - classic Omega-type curved clamps, D-type straight clamps, and clamps according to DIN 82101. High-strength shackles made of C45 stainless steel with a yield strength of 450-600 MPa and a load capacity of up to 120 tons are suitable for demanding lifting and anchoring operations. The hot-dip galvanized surface treatment ensures long-term protection against corrosion. Suspension eyes are fixed and swivel attachment points - suspension bolts and nuts according to DIN 580 and DIN 582 for screwing onto structures, swivel eyes with a fork for easier handling, and high-strength eyes for maximum load. The range is complemented by end pieces for tensioners (eyes, hooks, forks, weld-on clamps, and flat ends) and binding wires.
