Can I order a smaller quantity than indicated in the package?
Through the e-shop, it is only possible to add multiples of the stated packages. For some products, you can choose small or large packages; the valid number of pieces in a package is indicated in the respective column on each product card.
Why do different prices appear when I add different quantities of goods to the cart?
Prices in the e-shop are assigned in two ways.
The price for customers without an assigned price group is based on the total value of goods in the cart and is automatically assigned for each purchase according to the price ranges listed below. This pricing is intended for one-time purchases by end customers.
Price discounts:
- Base price: 0 – 2000 CZK (0 – 80 €)
- 5% discount: 2000 – 5000 CZK (80 – 200 €)
- 10% discount: over 5000 CZK (over 200 €)
Setting a permanent price group is intended for repeated procurement of goods (production, trade). With permanently set price groups (price groups for traders), different values for minimum orders and shipping charges apply. How do you charge shipping for goods delivery?
For end customers, we do not charge shipping for orders with a value over 2500 CZK excluding VAT in the Czech Republic and over 200 € excluding VAT in Slovakia. For regular customers with fixed prices, shipping charges depend on the specific price group. Below is a list of price groups with the order value from which we do not charge shipping fees for delivery to the Czech Republic (to Slovakia). Shipping to other countries is handled by individual quotation.

Do you offer price discounts when purchasing through the e-shop?
No. Prices are set the same for orders through the e-shop as for orders sent by email (or delivered in another way).
For purchasing larger quantities of material, it is always best to send an individual inquiry.
Which carriers do you use to ship goods?
For goods delivery, we use the following transport companies:
Parcel transport (up to 30 kg):
- DPD - delivery within the second working day, delivery to pickup points possible. List of DPD pickup points
- ONE by Allegro
Pallet transport:
- Geis CZ s.r.o.
- Raben Logistics Czech s.r.o.
- DHL
We choose the specific carrier according to the weight of the shipment, destination and current availability.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as the carrier picks up the shipment from our warehouse, we will send you an email with the shipment number and invoice. You can track the shipment status at the following links:

The expected delivery time is 2-3 working days.

As soon as we register the order, you will receive an email that you can pick up the goods. For personal pickup, cash payment is possible, for registered customers payment with maturity.
What payment methods do you offer?
- Bank transfer with deferred maturity - standard 14 days, by agreement up to 60 days
- Cash at the store - only for personal pickup
- Cash on delivery - payment in cash or by card upon receipt from the carrier
- Bank transfer - in advance before shipping the goods
- Online card payment - via Comgate payment gateway
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Online payments are handled for us by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments are fully secured and all information is encrypted. More at www.comgate.cz.
Is it possible to purchase goods on invoice (with deferred payment)?
The first two purchases must always be paid in cash/cash on delivery or by bank transfer before shipping the goods. Subsequently, it is possible to set up payment with maturity after agreement with the sales department. Standard invoice maturity is 14 days, the length of maturity can be extended up to 60 days.
I have a better offer from a competing company, can you offer better prices?
Yes, we will always try to offer you a better price than the competing offer. For directly imported goods, there is always room to discuss the price. Contact us with your inquiry.
I need rope or chain in different lengths, is it possible?
We supply steel ropes for a surcharge also in any length according to customer requirements. Such an order must be communicated directly with the sales department. The minimum value of 1 pc of custom rope is 500 CZK. To this price we charge a handling surcharge of 10% -20% to the price of the rope (depends on the resulting price of the cut goods).
Is it possible to have samples sent?
Yes, we send product samples at the base price + postage.
How to navigate the e-shop effectively and quickly?
By entering the unique four-digit product code in the search, you will be redirected directly to the detail card of the given product. To add goods to the cart, just confirm the entered number of packages with the Enter key. You can move between individual product sizes using the Tab key. The "back to shop" button in the cart has the same function as the back button in your internet browser. To return to the full range, press the E-shop button on the main bar.
Can I rely on the load capacities you state in the technical tables of products?
We distinguish two categories of steel fittings for which we state load capacities.
1. Commercial fittings (not tested during production) – here the load capacity is only indicative. Although these products generally do not fail until these load capacities are exceeded by three times, we cannot guarantee the load capacity of the products or recommend them for applications where failure could endanger the health and lives of people.
2. Steel fittings made of refined steels – for these fittings, the load capacity is guaranteed based on mechanical tensile strength tests performed. Upon request, we will present the relevant test report or declaration of conformity and load capacity of the product.
My shipment arrived damaged or with incomplete contents, how should I proceed?
If the package is visibly damaged, check the contents of the shipment in the presence of the carrier and write any complaint in the complaint protocol. If the goods are damaged, photograph them in detail before removing them from the package. Send this complaint to us immediately.
How often is product availability in the e-shop updated? Where can I get information about the restocking date for an item with 0 pcs in stock?
Product availability on the cards is updated every day, so the stated stock status is very accurate. The exact stock status is stated on the e-shop in the fifth column and this number is the actual stock status in the warehouse. Information about restocking of a specific product is usually indicated in the last column on the e-shop – restocking. This date is indicative (+- 10 days). If restocking is stated as unknown, no decision has been made yet about the next restocking date.
