Wire rope 1x7, large reel

Wire rope 1x7 on a large reel is a thin, strong rope for light suspension, guiding and tensioning: wires on fences and trellises, exhibition and advertising hangers, pull cords or decorations. It is sold by the metre from a 1000 m or 2000 m reel, depending on diameter.

The 1x7 rope is a single strand made of seven wires (one centre and six outer, right lay to ČSN EN 12385-4) and corresponds to DIN 3052. Unlike the 1x19 rope it has fewer, thicker wires, so it is stiffer. We offer diameters of 0.6 mm and 1 mm. The 1 mm rope has a tensile strength of 0.960 kN, a WLL of 24 kg and weighs 0.50 kg per 100 m; the reel holds 2000 m (reel weight of about 11.5 kg is indicative only).
